The deepest discounts are on buildings already sitting on a lot, and there are only so many of them. When a size sells out at your nearest location, that is genuinely it for the weekend — we cannot build another one by Monday.

Buy now, take delivery later

You do not have to take it this week. Plenty of customers lock in the price during the sale and schedule delivery for a date that suits them, including into spring. Say so when you order and we will plan around it.

Yes. A deposit holds it, and rent-to-own or financing covers the rest. The discount applies to the purchase price either way, so paying monthly does not cost you the sale price.

Ask us to check the other locations — stock differs between lots and we move buildings between them regularly. If it is genuinely gone, a custom order at sale pricing is often still possible; ask rather than assuming.

No. Lock in the price now and schedule delivery when it suits you, including into spring. Tell us your preferred timing when you order so we schedule around it rather than defaulting to the next slot.

Yes, within our normal service area. We do not recover the discount through a delivery charge. Outside the free radius, delivery is often still possible for a fee — just ask.
