Hardware & Instructions

All fasteners, anchors, and step-by-step assembly instructions included. Most kits go up with a small crew and basic hand tools over a weekend.

Why It Matters

Tube Steel, Not Pressed Steel

Most kits sold online use thin-walled pressed (or roll-formed) steel channels. Our kits use the same tube-steel frames we bolt together on every job site — the hollow square tubing that handles real wind, snow, and time.

Kit Questions, Answered

Common things buyers ask before ordering a kit.

Yes. The frame tubing, panel gauge, and hardware are identical to what our install crews use on every job. The only difference is that you’re doing the assembly yourself instead of us doing it for you.

No — kits are pickup only from our Mt Airy, NC location. You’ll need a truck or flatbed trailer with enough capacity for your kit size. We’ll help load when you arrive.

A drill, impact driver, ladder, and a few basic hand tools cover most of the job. No welding required — everything bolts together. A small crew of 3–4 people makes it much faster and safer.

The steel and panels carry the manufacturer’s material warranty. There is no extended warranty on kits — since we’re not overseeing the installation, workmanship coverage doesn’t apply. That said, tube-steel buildings built to spec are extremely durable and long-lasting.

Absolutely. Kits are built to your exact dimensions with your choice of 20+ roof, wall, and trim colors. You can add walk doors, roll-up doors, windows, and other options — same as an installed building. Try our 3D builder to design your configuration before you call.

Kits cost less because you supply the labor. If you’re handy, have a willing crew, and want the satisfaction of building it yourself, a kit is a great way to get the same quality structure for less.
