For RV & Boat Owners

Park the Toys. Stop Paying Storage Fees.

Tall, enclosed steel garages built for RVs, boats, and toy haulers. Most customers pay off the building in 3–5 years of storage fees they’re no longer writing checks for — while their rig stops baking in the sun.

Doors up to 14′ tall Lengths to 45′+ Locked, enclosed protection

Why RV & Boat Owners Choose Ascential

Outdoor storage fees add up. Sun damages decals, seals, and gelcoat. A purpose-built building solves both problems and keeps the rig theft-protected.

Tall Doors for Tall Toys

12′ to 14′ clear-height roll-up doors fit Class A motorhomes, fifth wheels with AC units, and sailboats on trailers. No clearance surprises.

Sun & Weather Protection

UV destroys decals, seals, and tires. Hail wrecks fiberglass and gelcoat. An enclosed building extends the useful life of any rig by years.

Theft Deterrent

Out of sight, locked behind steel. Lower insurance premiums in most policies, and zero risk of someone walking off with a catalytic converter or generator.

Quick turnaround, free delivery, and a single install day for most enclosed garages.

1

Measure Your Rig

Send us length, width with slides out, and total height (including AC units). We’ll spec a building with proper clearance.

2

Pick the Pad

Gravel works for most RVs and boats. Concrete is best if you’ll work on the rig inside. We’ll spec the pad and the anchors.

3

We Install, You Park

Most enclosed garages go up in a day. Drive the RV in the same week and stop writing a storage check next month.

“Paid $185 a month for covered storage. The 14x40 cost less than four years of fees and our motorhome looks brand new because it’s out of the sun.”

RV & Boat Buyer Questions, Answered

What we hear most from owners shopping for purpose-built storage.

Measure your tallest point with everything on the roof (AC units, satellite, antenna). Add 6″ of clearance. Most Class A motorhomes are happy with a 12′ door; some larger fifth wheels and sailboats need 14′.

Length of your rig plus at least 4′ for walk-around space, plus another 2′ if you tow a trailer behind. A 38′ motorhome typically fits a 40′ or 45′ building comfortably.

Our buildings are not pre-wired for electric — electrical is a separate trade. After we install the building, your licensed electrician runs service to it. If you want to keep the RV plugged into shore power in storage, ask them to plan a 30A or 50A circuit.

Yes. The bigger consideration is tongue length — remember to measure from the front of the trailer tongue to the back of the boat’s outdrive or motor when fully tilted.

Yes. A concrete floor, a ridge vent, and shop lighting (installed by your electrician) turn the storage garage into a winterizing and detail shop. Some customers add insulation so they can work on the rig comfortably year-round.
