Thank you to Rich Koontz for helping my husband and me design and order a 10x16 lofted building. Rich is knowledgeable and was patient while we kept going back and forth on size, main color, trim, roofing, electrical package, and financing. So much to take into consideration, but I think we made the right choice by selecting Ascential Buildings. It’ll be around 4 weeks before actual delivery so check back and see how that goes. But so far, a pleasant experience!
Rich was very professional and was very informative about the products he is selling. Randy and I had looked at a lot of buildings before we decided on this one. The delivery and setup went without a hitch. The driver was so very careful and meticulous about the building position and level that I knew he was going to do it right. My only concern is that there is no overhang on any side if the roof but then again I knew that when I bought the building. The construction is very impressive and I am anxious to finish wiring and insulating the inside so that I can start using my workshop.

I can't say enough about my great experience at Ascential Buildings in Beckley! When I showed up to the lot to look at the buildings, Nathan Immediately came to greet me and show me around. He is a fantastic salesperson, professional and extremely knowledgeable! Rick, who called and scheduled my delivery was friendly and professional. Seth delivered my building. He called right on time and showed up shortly after. He was very friendly, professional, and efficient! He placed the building exactly where I wanted it made sure it was level and sturdy before leaving.From start to finish this was an easy process and a great experience. They also have a website that allows you to design your own wood or metal building I highly recommend Ascential Buildings for all of your building needs!
Me and my wife went to look at a building that I had found. Spoke with Joe over the phone and told him what we were looking at on line. When we arrived at the lot in Beckley, we realized the building was too big for the area that we was going to have it set up. Joe showed us a smaller one which we decided would work for us. We were in and out in less than thirty minutes with a solid plan and a payment that I am more than comfortable with! The delivery team has already arranged the transport to our home too and it will be here in less than the projected two weeks!
