For those seeking a contemporary storage solution, the Modern Studio model is your answer. It is very similar to our standard Modern Sheds, with a massive upgrade in overhead room. Its open layout offers a versatile space that can be customized to fit various storage needs, making it a perfect blend of functionality and style. The idea with this building it so transform it into a workshop, pool house, office, or anything else that would benefit from tall ceilings and natural light.

ELECTRICAL OPTIONS

Electrical options to fit your needs. You can choose the placement of the outlets and the overhead lights if the building is custom order.

Basic Electrical Package: (14g wire) includes 1 light, 1 switch, and 1 outlet.
Standard Electrical Package: (14g wire) includes 2 lights, 1 switch, 1 20 AMP GFCI outlet, 2 15 AMP outlets, 1 15 AMP external plug.
Pro Electrical Package: (12g wire) includes 2 lights, 1 switch, 1 20 AMP GFCI outlet, 1 20 AMP dedicated outlet, 2 15 AMP outlets, 1 100 AMP breaker panel, 3 20 AMP breakers pre-installed.

We use the highest quality Sherwin Williams paint and stain on all of our buildings, but it is still recommended that you perform regular maintenance on your shed to keep it looking like new for longer. Regularly check the shed for any chips or cracks in the paint, and touch up those areas as needed. It’s also a good idea to wash the shed periodically to remove dirt and mildew that can accumulate on the surface.
