What size should my wood building be?
The size of your building will depend on the area you have available and the amount of room you need usable. To calculate the usable square footage, take the length times the width of the building. Lofted barns have additional loft space that can be calculated by calling or messaging one of our product specialists.

Where should I place my wood building?
You’ll want to place your building in an area that is easily accessible, and that allows room for our crew to deliver your building. The building does not have to be placed on a slab, and it also doesn’t need to be placed on completely level ground. Our delivery team will bring blocks with them to level your building.

What kind of materials are used with the wood buildings?
Our wood buildings are made of the highest quality siding, flooring, and roofing. Most buildings are built with a metal roof, but we do also offer shingles. Our walls, siding, and flooring are all treated to withstand years of use and weather. Our luxury sheds use the same engineered wood as our standard sheds, except they do not include a radiant barrier. 

Are the wood buildings ventilated?
Our buildings are ventilated to ensure the absence of mildew and mold. Our buildings are also lined with Silvertech lining that keeps your building a consistent temperature year-round while also reducing the amount of ‘sweat’ on the walls and ceiling.

Is the flooring treated?
Our flooring is treated and pressed together with special adhesives and clay to make it the most water-resistant flooring on the market!

Does the door lock?
All wood buildings are sold standard with a locking door.

Do the wood buildings require a lot of maintenance?
Wood buildings are relatively low maintenance, but it is recommended that you keep your building well-maintained so that it can continue to provide the proper protection of your items. 

Do I need a permit?
Certain cities may require permits. It is your responsibility to check into certain permitting for your building.
